Dr. O'Hara is of Irish and Australian ancestry. Dr. O'Hara has travelled to and lived many places in the world including Europe, Australia, Hawaii, Mexico, New Zealand, China and Canada. Dr. O'Hara enjoys many activities including swimming, surfing, camping, hiking, snow skiing and bicycling. Leisure activites include films, cooking, 20th century literature, Greek and Roman antiquity and mythology, psychoanalytic history and playing Mah Jongg.
